Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye presents a taste of Normandy, inspired by the culinary heritage of Trouville, a picturesque coastal town in Normandy, renowned for its fresh seafood, vibrant fishing port, and rich culinary tradition. 

These fruity ‘Le Trouvillais’ biscuits are made with a blend of mixed red berries and fruits, including strawberries, black currants, raspberries, red currants, and cranberries, all within a delicate buttery shortbread-like biscuit dough and fresh Isigny PDO cream. 

Each pack contains four freshly sealed pouches, each with four buttery biscuits infused with berries and fresh cream (Net weight: 150g).

Ingredients – WHEAT flour, sugar, Normandy BUTTER 23%, red fruit pieces 7% (concentrated apple puree and juice, red fruit puree: blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and concentrated elderberry juice (equivalent to 5%), WHEAT fibers, gelling agent: pectins), Isigny PDO CREME fraîche 5%, powdered EGG yolks, natural raspberry flavor, sea salt, lemon juice, skimmed MILK, whole EGGS. May contain traces of nuts, soy, sesame seeds.
