Ganache is a glaze, icing, sauce, or filling for pastries, made from chocolate and cream. Chocolate ganache can be a filling, dip, spread, frosting, topping, or layer in a cake.
Instructions:
Melt the ganache completely at 40 – 45° C stirring constantly (Microwave for 30 seconds) . Apply to get an excellent glossy appearance. Do not boil.
This product has been manufactured in a factory that uses peanuts and tree nuts. Allergen controls are in place.
